How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book an appointment with us through the Booksy app or through our website using the Booksy buttons provided. Simply choose the service you're interested in, select your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking. It's quick, easy, and available 24/7!

I do try my best to accommodate my clients, so if you do not see a date or time that best fits your schedule please message me by email, contact form or instagram message and I will try my best to fit you in !

What are your policies ?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs prior to the beginning of your appointment.

Any cancellations made within 24hrs of start of appointment time will be subject to cancellation fee of 50% of total services.

No-shows will be charged full price of total services.

Cancellation and no-show fees help us ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible. When you miss an appointment without notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot with another client that may be waiting for a spot to open up.

This lost time and potential income impacts our ability to keep offering appointments and maintain our high standards.

The fee helps us recoup some of that cost.

What if I’m late?

Please arrive on time whenever possible, but we understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. After 15mins, appointments may need to be cancelled.

How often should I come in for refills?

Lash Refills: To maintain the fullness and appearance of your lashes, it's generally recommended to get fills every 2-3 weeks. During a fill, I will replace any shed extensions and add new ones to fill in any gaps.

Lash Lift/Brow Lamination: The results can last for 6-8 weeks, or even longer for some people. However, the effects will gradually diminish as your natural lash/brow hairs grow out. Unlike lash extensions, these services do not require regular refills. However, you can get a lash lift and/or brow lamination again once the effects start to fade.
